Member of Languages Canada
Our Mississauga campus opened its doors in June 2015, established as part of Heartland International English School to bring world-class English language education to the Greater Toronto Area. In the decade since, we have welcomed students from around the world — growing into one of Ontario's most trusted destinations for international students, newcomers to Canada, and working professionals pursuing their language goals.
In March 2026, our school entered a defining new chapter. The Mississauga campus was officially rebranded as Homeland International English School, marking a distinct identity for the community we have built here in Ontario. While our name has evolved, the values that shaped us have not. Every program, every classroom, and every student support service continues to be guided by the same principle that opened our first class in 2015: language learning is most powerful when it happens in the right environment, with caring and professional people at every step.
From Intensive full-time and Semi-Intensive part-time English courses to College and University Pathway programs, IELTS/CELPIP preparation classes, and Career Accelerator Program, our curriculum is designed to meet students exactly where they are and take them where they want to go. As an Official IELTS and CELPIP Test Centre, we provide a seamless pathway from the classroom to certification, all under one roof.
The world of language education has transformed since 2015. Classrooms have gone hybrid. Technology has reshaped the way students study, practise, and connect. Through every change, one truth has held firm — the heart of a great language school is the quality of its teachers and the care of its support staff. That belief has guided our work from day one, and it is the foundation we continue to build on as Homeland International English School.
We are proud of the community we have built in Mississauga, and we are excited for the years ahead as we continue our commitment to being the best place to learn English in Canada.
